About the role

Responsibilities
- Performance analysis (financial, commercial and operational) of assets in the Murs & Fonds (property and business assets) portfolio
- Participation in handling administrative, legal, HR and technical matters related to the assets
- Preparation of presentation materials for internal and external communication
- Contribution to the structuring of asset management processes for Murs & Fonds
- Monitoring of cross‑functional M&F projects (valuations, CSR, installation of EV charging stations, photovoltaic panels)
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s level degree (BAC +4 or BAC +5) with a focus on Finance or Real Estate
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent numerical proficiency
- Solid financial and real estate knowledge
- Rigorous, organized and proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a variety of stakeholders
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Interest in the hotel sector is a real plus
