Responsibilities
- Participate in defining and modeling value-enhancement strategies for the managed asset portfolio
- Prepare partner reports, analysis memos, and governance presentation materials
- Support the asset manager in implementing the approved business plan
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for each project
- Monitor the portfolio’s financial performance and recommend adjustments as needed
Requirements
- Currently completing a Master’s-level program (Bac+5) in Real Estate, Finance, or Engineering
- Excellent command of English
- Previous experience at a real estate company is a plus
- Strong financial skills and an understanding of the commercial real estate sector
- Rigorous, curious, proactive and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to varied situations and interlocutors
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Strong writing skills and excellent analytical and synthesis abilities
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
