Requirements

- Solid knowledge of technical real estate/property management, particularly in the planning, tendering and implementation of tenant fit-outs, modernisation and maintenance measures
- 3–4 years of professional experience in technical property supervision in the office or commercial real estate sector
- Confident user of MS Office
- Good written and spoken English
- Structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic working style with a strong focus on quality
