Responsibilities
Responsibility for ongoing tenant fit-outs for new leases and tenant alterations, as well as general modernisation measures (Capex)
Cost and budget controlling for Capex projects, including review and approval of quotes
Management and oversight of external partners (architects, specialist consultants, contractors, service providers)
Preparation of reports and documentation of technical measures
Close cooperation with technical property management, commercial asset management and external service providers
Requirements
Completed degree in civil engineering, building services engineering, building technology, architecture, or a comparable technical qualification with a real-estate-specific additional certificate
Solid knowledge of technical real estate/property management, particularly in the planning, tendering and implementation of tenant fit-outs, modernisation and maintenance measures
3–4 years of professional experience in technical property supervision in the office or commercial real estate sector
Confident user of MS Office
Good written and spoken English
Structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic working style with a strong focus on quality
