About the role
- Technical Architect designing integration solutions for Coupa Treasury. Collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver scalable Treasury implementations.
Responsibilities
- Support Treasury integration projects through technical design, configuration, testing, and issue resolution in collaboration with Coupa, customers, and internal teams
- Contribute to technical deliverables while adhering to project timelines, quality standards, and established best practices
- Collaborate closely with Technical Architects, Solution Architects, and integration engineers to design and deliver agreed integration solutions
- Design, implement, configure, and troubleshoot RESTful API and flat-file integrations across multi-ERP and customer environments
- Assist in building and supporting integration infrastructure for data extraction, preparation, and loading from internal and external sources
- Engage with customer technical teams, work independently or in distributed teams, and contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and enablement across global time zones
Requirements
- Foundational hands-on or academic experience with integration technologies in Treasury and Payments, including REST APIs, sFTP, HTTPS, and common integration patterns
- Exposure to integrations with bank systems, ERP platforms, or Treasury applications; familiarity with SWIFT, EBICS, direct bank connections, and market data providers is a plus
- Understanding of payment and account statement formats and broader Treasury and Payments functional concepts
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, with good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, able to take ownership of tasks, grow technical and functional expertise, and deliver work with guidance and feedback.
