Responsibilities
Support Treasury integration projects through technical design, configuration, testing, and issue resolution in collaboration with Coupa, customers, and internal teams
Contribute to technical deliverables while adhering to project timelines, quality standards, and established best practices
Collaborate closely with Technical Architects, Solution Architects, and integration engineers to design and deliver agreed integration solutions
Design, implement, configure, and troubleshoot RESTful API and flat-file integrations across multi-ERP and customer environments
Assist in building and supporting integration infrastructure for data extraction, preparation, and loading from internal and external sources
Engage with customer technical teams, work independently or in distributed teams, and contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and enablement across global time zones
Requirements
Foundational hands-on or academic experience with integration technologies in Treasury and Payments, including REST APIs, sFTP, HTTPS, and common integration patterns
Exposure to integrations with bank systems, ERP platforms, or Treasury applications; familiarity with SWIFT, EBICS, direct bank connections, and market data providers is a plus
Understanding of payment and account statement formats and broader Treasury and Payments functional concepts
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, with good organizational and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and eager to learn, able to take ownership of tasks, grow technical and functional expertise, and deliver work with guidance and feedback.
