Responsibilities
Collaborate with our Customers, Partners and internal Product Management teams to implement cutting-edge solutions for our customers.
Lead technical integration workstreams, managing customer expectations and collaborating with project managers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Design integration strategies across multi-ERP environments, leveraging RESTful APIs, flat-file methods, and secure transfer protocols.
Act as a trusted advisor to customer architecture teams and senior stakeholders, guiding technical discussions and decisions.
Mentor and guide integration engineers on implementation best practices and solution configuration.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, building robust infrastructure for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Requirements
Deep hands-on experience with large-scale ERP integrations (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Netsuite) and middleware platforms (Boomi, Talend, TIBCO, etc.).
Strong domain knowledge in Finance and Procurement processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, AP, Expenses); supply chain planning experience is a plus.
Proficiency with modern integration protocols and technologies (REST, SOAP, sFTP, SSO), as well as scripting and programming (Python, Ruby, Java, .NET).
Experience with external supplier system integrations (EDI, cXML) and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.
Strong communication, leadership, and project coordination skills to align stakeholders and drive technical delivery across teams.
