About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments
- Deploy and manage Azure IaaS resources including Virtual Machines, Storage and Resource Groups
- Support hybrid connectivity using Azure Arc
- Automate tasks using Powershell and Ansible and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (ie. Bicep)
- Monitor performance and security using Azure Monitor
- Assist in cloud migration projects, including lift-and-shift and re-platforming strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, optimize and document infrastructure solutions
Requirements
- Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
- 3+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration and Azure cloud operations
- Strong understanding of cloud governance
- Experience with scripting and automation
- Familiarity with Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery and backup solutions
- Exposure to containerization is a plus
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals and AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator certifications are preferred.
