About the role

  • Senior Analyst leading scientific projects in a rapidly growing healthcare agency. Collaborating with clients and managing junior team members in the Value and Access team.

Responsibilities

  • Take a leading role across a variety of scientific projects in the Value and Access team
  • Deliver high-quality projects and build client relationships
  • Drive business development
  • Oversee and manage junior team members
  • Regular interaction with clients over email and in meetings
  • Provide strategic advice
  • Train and supervise the Costello Medical project team
  • Identify new clients and write proposals for projects
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships

Requirements

  • A degree level or higher qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum GPA 3.3)
  • At least 2 years’ professional experience in a consulting, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, public sector or academic role
  • Strong scientific writing skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of written accuracy
  • Excellent proficiency in written English and arithmetic
  • Excellent data presentation skills
  • Sufficient technical and strategic knowledge
  • Experience in communicating directly with clients or key stakeholders
  • The capacity to maintain exceptional customer service and quality of deliverables
  • Project management skills
  • The ability to motivate colleagues and take a leadership role
