About the role
- Senior Analyst leading scientific projects in a rapidly growing healthcare agency. Collaborating with clients and managing junior team members in the Value and Access team.
Responsibilities
- Take a leading role across a variety of scientific projects in the Value and Access team
- Deliver high-quality projects and build client relationships
- Drive business development
- Oversee and manage junior team members
- Regular interaction with clients over email and in meetings
- Provide strategic advice
- Train and supervise the Costello Medical project team
- Identify new clients and write proposals for projects
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships
Requirements
- A degree level or higher qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum GPA 3.3)
- At least 2 years’ professional experience in a consulting, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, public sector or academic role
- Strong scientific writing skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of written accuracy
- Excellent proficiency in written English and arithmetic
- Excellent data presentation skills
- Sufficient technical and strategic knowledge
- Experience in communicating directly with clients or key stakeholders
- The capacity to maintain exceptional customer service and quality of deliverables
- Project management skills
- The ability to motivate colleagues and take a leadership role
