  • Digital Analyst extracting actionable insights from diverse data sources for digital growth at JCPenney. Collaborating across units to optimize ecommerce and merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Extract actionable insights from diverse data sources to fuel digital growth
  • Utilize Adobe Analytics, SQL, and Tableau to create reports
  • Analyze web analytics to identify trends and optimize digital merchandising strategies
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests translating results into actionable insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau to track performance and inform decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CRM, and Media teams to define measurement plans
  • Generate insights from digital data and proactively communicate opportunities or issues

Requirements

  • Stellar SQL and MS Excel skills
  • 2+ years digital analytics experience
  • Adobe Analytics experience preferred
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively guide decision-making
  • Understanding of Digital and Ecommerce terminology
  • Knowledge of statistical testing methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in analytical/quantitative field - e.g. statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics, finance, engineering, etc
