About the role

Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and classify fiscal and financial documents
- Perform bank and accounting reconciliations, identifying and correcting discrepancies
- Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement - DRE, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity - DMPL, and Notes to the Financial Statements)
- Calculate taxes (IRPJ, CSLL, ISS, among others) and file statutory returns and obligations (ECD, ECF, DIRF, DEFIS, SPED)
- Supervise interns and support the team in carrying out accounting routines
- Provide advisory and consultative support to the client portfolio
- Configure new client data in the Nasajon system, ensuring integration between departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (completed or in progress) — candidates must be enrolled in or have completed a program in Accounting
- Previous experience in an accounting firm
- Desirable experience with various accounting systems (e.g., Alterdata, Protheus, in addition to Nasajon)
- Reside with easy access to Alphaville
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
