Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Application Support of Copeland wholesalers and dedicated sales force for product selection and specification
- Development of application profiles and technical bulletins
- Customer training at designated locations
- Warranty management throughout authorized workshop
- Development of cross references or specific documentation that can support commercial initiatives
- Field support and troubleshooting
- Hands on training at Mexico´s Learning Center
- Promote Copeland initiatives by participating at industry associations events and other related activities
- Proactively interact with cross functional teams including Product Engineering, Marketing, Customer Service, Quality and Sales through designated task to enhance our customer support
Requirements
- 2-5 years in application/product engineering of AC and/or Refrigeration
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to successfully present to customers (including large groups) and senior leadership
- Ability to read electrical schematics, troubleshoot and diagnose electrical circuits
- Understanding of quality metrics
- Ability to handle measuring and adjusting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in related major (engineering)
- Ability to make independent decisions and recommendations to effectively solve customer’s issues/complaints
- Must have excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, Power Point and social media
- Excellent verbal and written communication
