About the role
- Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento, mantenimiento y eficiencia de las instalaciones
- Supervisar y controlar los presupuestos de mantenimiento correctivo
- Gestionar el contacto con proveedores de servicios de mantenimiento
- Participar en tareas de procurement de facilities y servicios generales
- Coordinar con proveedores globales e implementar políticas corporativas a nivel local
- Realizar el control y seguimiento de la facturación
- Elaborar estudios para la optimización de costes energéticos y de mantenimiento
Requirements
- Titulación en Ingeniería Industrial o similar
- Valorable Máster en mantenimiento industrial
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en mantenimiento de instalaciones industriales o facilities
- Conocimientos en gestión de proveedores, presupuestos y control de costes
- Nivel de inglés intermedio (B2) o superior
- Perfil organizado, analítico y resolutivo, con habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para coordinar equipos externos
- Orientación a la mejora continua, capacidad para priorizar tareas y actitud proactiva
- Disponer de vehículo propio para acceder a nuestras oficinas
