About the role
- Team manager overseeing Business Applications team and managing ERP projects for Savaco. Focusing on leadership, team coaching, and strategic growth in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Leid en coach het Business Applications-team, beheer klantrelaties en projecten van A tot Z.
- Draag strategisch bij aan de groei van Savaco.
- Coachen van consultants, developers en engineers.
- Toezicht houden op billability en teamdoelstellingen.
- Stimuleren van samenwerking en kennisdeling tussen teams.
- Onderhouden en versterken van bestaande klantenrelaties.
- Detecteren van upsell-mogelijkheden en nieuwe opportuniteiten.
- End-to-end opvolging van projecten: scope, timing en budget bewaken.
- Rapporteren over voortgang, risico’s en belangrijke mijlpalen.
- Zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen interne en externe stakeholders.
- Meedenken met de Business Line Lead en bijdragen aan de strategische visie van Savaco.
Requirements
- Commerciële ingesteldheid en sterke ervaring in klantrelaties.
- Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en coachingsvaardigheden.
- Ervaring met strategische planning en teamontwikkeling.
- Projectmanagementervaring binnen niche-IT of complexe omgevingen.
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden op alle niveaus.
- Resultaatgerichte, analytische en proactieve mindset.
- Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een grote troef.
- Functionele ERP-kennis en ervaring met ERP-implementaties.
