About the role
- Support Engineer PLM assisting clients in implementing CAD, PDM/PLM, and IoT solutions. Work involves technical support and project collaboration with experienced consultants in Belgium.
Responsibilities
- Werken aan PLM projecten bij klanten, van concept tot implementatie met focus op technische uitwerking
- Ondersteunen bij het uittekenen van het technisch concept van PLM oplossingen en helpen bij de implementatie
- Actief inzetbaar op de servicedesk, technische vragen en issues analyseren en oplossen
- Samenwerken met ervaren PLM consultants, product specialisten en software ontwikkelaars voor specifieke configuraties
- Betrokken bij de uitrol van oplossingen en geleidelijk klantcontact opbouwen
Requirements
- Behaalde een technisch diploma (Master of Bachelor in IT, Elektromechanica, ingenieurswetenschappen of industriële wetenschappen)
- Sterke affiniteit met technologie, engineering en industriële productontwikkeling
- Interesse in PDM/PLM systemen en wil je verdiepen in de technische kant van deze oplossingen
- Ervaring met PTC Windchill of andere PLM oplossingen is een plus, maar geen vereiste
- Gestructureerd werken, leergierig en voldoening uit het technisch oplossen van problemen
- Vlot communiceren in Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een plus
- Mobiel en voornamelijk actief in het Vlaamse landsgedeelte
