- The Platform Engineering Lead is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the core infrastructure and services that power our digital platform.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security across all platform components, enabling seamless delivery of digital products and services.
- Define and evolve the platform architecture to support business growth and digital transformation.
- Lead a team of platform engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development.
- Oversee cloud environments and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure platform security through identity management, encryption, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, application teams, and enterprise architects to align platform capabilities with business needs.
Requirements
- Strong experience in cloud platforms (Azure preferred), Kubernetes, container orchestration, and microservices.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of networking, security, and distributed systems.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams and drive complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience 8+ years in platform engineering or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Experience in building and operating large-scale digital platforms.
