Responsibilities
- Work on a large-scale digital platform, building and enhancing end-to-end features across both backend and frontend
- Enhance our on-premise digital platform to enable teams to build and deploy products efficiently
- Develop our flagship Single Dealer Platform, prioritizing accessibility, performance, and modern web standards
- Collaborate with global Sales teams to build tools that improve workflows and customer experience
- Deliver technology that supports creation and distribution of research content
- Build enterprise-wide social and collaboration tools used by hundreds of thousands of internal users
- Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance fullstack solutions with Java backend and modern JavaScript frameworks on the frontend
Requirements
- Strong experience in Java and JavaScript (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue)
- Experience with fullstack development, including building REST APIs and integrating with frontend applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and scalable architectures
- Strong skills in data analysis, debugging, and performance optimization
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working closely with product and engineering teams
