About the role

  • Project support: You assist project management with planning, steering and executing projects in the banking environment — from project initiation and controlling through to successful completion.
  • Structure and organization: You are responsible for maintaining and further developing project structures, schedule, resource and budget planning, as well as producing project documentation and reports.
  • Controlling and reporting: You perform project controlling tasks, prepare status reports and presentations for management and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with time and budget requirements.
  • Communication: You coordinate appointments, support the preparation and minute-taking of meetings, and ensure smooth communication among all parties involved.
  • Process improvement: You contribute to the continuous development and optimization of PMO processes, tools and methods.
  • Development: You work closely with experienced project managers and test managers and have the opportunity to develop into (partial) project management roles over time.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • You have basic knowledge of project management methods (traditional or agile) and ideally have already worked with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence or similar.
  • Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and a strong quality awareness characterize you.
  • You are communicative, solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team — also in interdisciplinary environments.
  • Initiative, organizational talent and a confident manner are among your strengths.
  • You have very good German and English language skills.
