Responsibilities
Hybrid-profile professional to act as Product Owner and Service Catalog Specialist, leading the structuring and governance of the portfolio in the context of Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
Will play a key role in organizing SKUs, attributes, eligibility rules, and pricing, ensuring services are modeled in a configurable, scalable way and aligned with platform best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Owner or backlog owner in Salesforce projects
Experience in product or service catalog modeling
Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Revenue Cloud)
Knowledge of eligibility rules, pricing, and portfolio structuring
Experience in digital transformation projects and integration with legacy systems
Ability to prioritize backlog, define acceptance criteria, and align business and technology
Experience in structuring canonical service models (base SKUs, attributes, and dependencies)
Experience in portfolio rationalization and reducing commercial complexity
Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or CPQ (differential)
Experience in industries with complex service portfolios (insurance, utilities, assistance, telecom) (differential)
Experience building governed omnichannel catalogs (differential).
