About the role
- AI/ML Architect Consultant using deep AI/ML expertise to address financial sector problems at GFT Poland. Advising stakeholders and managing implementation projects in Data & AI.
Responsibilities
- Use deep AI/ML expertise to solve challenging problems in the financial sector, including banking and financial services.
- Advise stakeholders on solving business problems using analytical methods and tools.
- Own the technical engagement and ultimate success of specific implementation projects.
- Shape how decisions are made and capture and share best practices within the Data & AI community.
Requirements
- Experience in designing analytical solutions to solve business problems (e.g. decisioning, optimization, risk management, fraud detection)
- Experience in solving complex business problems with AI solutions, such as ML-based systems, AI agents, chatbots, AML or advanced analytics
- Practical knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks (e.g. LLMs, NLP, ML pipelines, vector databases, model serving, MLOps)
- Practical knowledge of the modern data landscape and familiarity with leading analytics platforms
- Experience in leveraging cloud solutions with one of the leading public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Knowledge of modern architectures, including microservices, containers, Kubernetes, Kafka, API management, event-driven systems, and agentic systems
- Understanding of non-functional requirements (security, performance, observability, resilience, and governance)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and confidently engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable solutions
- Ability to support sales and offering development, including creating proposals and solution blueprints for clients
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or fintech is highly desirable.
