About the role

  • CRM Coordinator overseeing the execution of campaigns and multichannel deliveries for a digital business agency. Focusing on strategy, quality, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smoothness, quality and efficiency of CRM operations by coordinating end-to-end campaign cycles, customer journeys, and multichannel deliveries.
  • Translate strategy into execution, ensuring organization, prioritization, alignment across teams (creative, tech, operations), and strict adherence to SLAs, quality standards and governance.
  • Serve as the central bridge between the client × operations × strategy, enabling the CRM Manager to focus on vision, evolution and high-level direction.

Requirements

  • Implement and maintain checklists, standards and templates.
  • Hold weekly cadences with the creative and tech teams.
  • Participate in monthly planning with Management and Governance.
  • Ensure clear communication among all teams involved.
  • Act as the focal point of the operation for Supervision and the Client.
  • Anticipate risks, bottlenecks and operational impacts.
  • Monitor the status of major campaigns together with the partner branding team (Artplan).
