Responsibilities
Ensure the smoothness, quality and efficiency of CRM operations by coordinating end-to-end campaign cycles, customer journeys, and multichannel deliveries.

Requirements
Implement and maintain checklists, standards and templates.
Hold weekly cadences with the creative and tech teams.
Participate in monthly planning with Management and Governance.
Ensure clear communication among all teams involved.
Act as the focal point of the operation for Supervision and the Client.
Anticipate risks, bottlenecks and operational impacts.
Monitor the status of major campaigns together with the partner branding team (Artplan).
