About the role

  • Insurance consultant acquiring new business clients and managing existing ones. Engaging with various stakeholders to optimize internal processes and client relations at Contrust Versicherungsmakler.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new corporate clients and onboarding of existing client relationships into our mid-sized brokerage firm
  • Execution of the acquisition process — from lead generation and analysis of clients' insurance programs to proposal and presentation
  • Independent responsibility for managing commercial clients (minimum company size: approx. 50 employees) in the property & casualty lines (P&C) — with support from the internal sales team
  • Conducting annual review meetings on-site or digitally
  • Active contribution to shaping the company within our OKR methodology — e.g. in digitization projects or optimization of internal processes

Requirements

  • Several years of experience working at an insurance broker or insurance agency
  • Proven experience in acquiring and subsequently managing corporate clients
  • Solid knowledge of P&C lines, e.g. industrial fire/property and liability (excluding motor vehicle, life, and health insurance)
  • Completed vocational training in insurance / Insurance Specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt) or a relevant degree
