Responsibilities
Acquisition of new corporate clients and onboarding of existing client relationships into our mid-sized brokerage firm
Execution of the acquisition process — from lead generation and analysis of clients' insurance programs to proposal and presentation
Independent responsibility for managing commercial clients (minimum company size: approx. 50 employees) in the property & casualty lines (P&C) — with support from the internal sales team
Conducting annual review meetings on-site or digitally
Active contribution to shaping the company within our OKR methodology — e.g. in digitization projects or optimization of internal processes
Requirements
Several years of experience working at an insurance broker or insurance agency
Proven experience in acquiring and subsequently managing corporate clients
Solid knowledge of P&C lines, e.g. industrial fire/property and liability (excluding motor vehicle, life, and health insurance)
Completed vocational training in insurance / Insurance Specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt) or a relevant degree
