Responsibilities
Serve as the main local IT point of contact in Spain, acting as the L2 escalation for end-user issues in close collaboration with the Global Service Desk.
Deliver advanced end-user and workplace support, covering hardware and software troubleshooting.
Manage the complete end-user device and asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, refresh, replacement, decommissioning, and hardware asset management.

Lead and support local and global IT initiatives, including planning and executing local IT projects.
Requirements
Strong end-user IT troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, operating systems, printers, and workplace environments.
Solid expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online) and Azure.
Hands-on experience with endpoint, mobile, and workplace management tools (e.g. SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, MDM) supporting Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
Experience with IT asset lifecycle management, procurement, budgeting, and deployment of global IT standards.
Strong customer focus with excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills in a corporate environment.
High level of autonomy, ownership, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, multinational / matrix organization, remaining calm under pressure.
Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders (HR, Finance, Operations) and manage third-party vendors.
