Responsibilities
- Support process- and audit-focused quality assurance initiatives within the Operations team
- Conduct quality audits using established QA checklists and defined procedures
- Document audit findings, exceptions, and control gaps with a high level of accuracy and detail
- Maintain exception logs and assist with trend analysis to identify recurring issues and process risks
- Support root-cause analysis efforts and assist in developing recommended corrective actions
- Assist with maintaining and updating standard operating procedures, control documentation, and audit logs
- Participate in internal audits and assist with testing process changes
- Support risk mitigation and continuous improvement initiatives across operations
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field
- Available to work 40 hours per week for the 10-week summer program: June 2nd – August 6th, 2026
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of quality assurance, process improvement, or auditing concepts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
