About the role

  • Quality Assurance Intern supporting Operations at a growing fintech firm focused on credit card servicing. Engaging in quality audits and gaining valuable experience in business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support process- and audit-focused quality assurance initiatives within the Operations team
  • Conduct quality audits using established QA checklists and defined procedures
  • Document audit findings, exceptions, and control gaps with a high level of accuracy and detail
  • Maintain exception logs and assist with trend analysis to identify recurring issues and process risks
  • Support root-cause analysis efforts and assist in developing recommended corrective actions
  • Assist with maintaining and updating standard operating procedures, control documentation, and audit logs
  • Participate in internal audits and assist with testing process changes
  • Support risk mitigation and continuous improvement initiatives across operations

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for the 10-week summer program: June 2nd – August 6th, 2026
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of quality assurance, process improvement, or auditing concepts
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
