Responsibilities
- Responsible for execution of project tasks outlined by the mentor
- Work with Project Management and Operations Product Analyst teams on initiatives from an end-to-end project lifecycle perspective
- Support cross-functional projects by assisting with planning, coordination, tracking, and documentation activities
- Gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of the Project Management Office (PMO) across multiple teams
- Assist with gathering project updates, milestones, and deliverables from stakeholders
- Complete weekly reports and summaries outlining project progress, activities, and outcomes
- Participate in daily touchpoints with a mentor to review project status, reports, and questions
- Collaborate with department leads to understand how projects move from initiation through delivery
- Support the department and company by providing innovative ideas, solutions, and an outside perspective
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in and working toward an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related business discipline
- Available to work 40 hours per week for the 10-week summer program: June 2nd – August 6th, 2026
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Ability to analyze information, track deliverables, and document processes clearly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong interest in project management and business operations
