  • Digital Strategy Manager conducting credit performance analysis and optimizing digital acquisition channels in Wilmington, Delaware. Collaborating across teams to align credit strategies with business and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis of credit performance data to support the development and optimization of credit risk strategies.
  • Drive channel efficiency and performance improvement for digital acquisition channels.
  • Leverage credit bureau, alternative and channel specific data to enhance decision-making and improve targeting effectiveness.
  • Monitor EMOB and portfolio trends and provide insights to support strategic adjustments and risk management decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Data Science, Risk, Compliance, Operations) to ensure credit strategies align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
