- Deal Desk Analyst optimizing sales deal processes for Contentsquare's experience intelligence platform. Collaborating with sales, finance, and operations teams to support successful deal closures.
Responsibilities
- Support sales with deal structuring, pricing, quote and contract reviews.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and approval processes.
- Work across multiple systems and teams to ensure an accurate and timely quote to close cycle.
- Track deal performance, system performance and cycle efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes and remove roadblocks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Pricing, or financial analysis.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
