About the role

  • Senior Product Manager leading digital product strategy and growth initiatives in Brazil's fintech sector. Collaborating with teams to optimize user experiences and drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive product-led growth strategy aligned with business objectives;
  • Monitor lead inflow and conversion in the acquisition funnel to identify optimization and growth opportunities;
  • Engage regularly with customers to ensure the user experience is excellent, simple, intuitive, and aligned with customer needs;
  • Support process simplification with a focus on resolving usability issues;
  • Work closely with other teams such as Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure ongoing alignment;
  • Define and take action based on product metrics and success indicators, feature performance, and customer behavior;
  • Lead the product within a multidisciplinary team, guiding continuous delivery of value aligned with business goals;
  • Write user stories and interaction flow specifications in collaboration with the team;
  • Collaborate to ensure the team's deliveries meet expected quality levels, mitigating risks through progressive rollout plans, proactive feedback gathering, and delivery monitoring;
  • Lead conflict resolution among differing perspectives (inside and outside the team) in a healthy, collaborative manner.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to conduct negotiations and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead teams effectively.
  • Critical thinking, autonomy, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to interpret metrics and make insight-driven decisions.
  • Strategic thinking: ability to develop short-, medium-, and long-term strategies that drive sustainable product growth.
  • Results-oriented: focus on achieving clear goals and diligently working to exceed them, even when facing challenges.
  • Knowledge of prioritization frameworks and management methodologies (Outcomes Roadmap, Upstream, Opportunity Trees, Downstream, etc.).
  • Familiarity with software development management and prototyping tools is a plus (Jira Software, Figma, Miro, Maze).
