About the role
- Product Designer Sr leading the banking experience design at fintech Conta Simples. Transforming complex financial operations into user-friendly workflows with a focus on efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Transaction experience management: Lead the design and continuous evolution of Pix, Transfers, Boleto payments, and interest-bearing accounts.
- Payments automation and assistant: Design robust solutions for our Payments Assistant.
- Regulatory vs. UX balance: Act as the bridge between Bacen (Brazilian Central Bank) regulations and the user interface.
- Systemic perspective and core banking: Map complex flows and understand the impact of design decisions on the core banking system.
- Facilitation and alignment: Collaborate closely with PMs, Developers, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Seniority and autonomy: Solid experience in Product Design (Discovery and Delivery).
- Experience with financial products: Hands-on experience designing transactional flows.
- B2B efficiency mindset: Understand that we design for companies focused on productivity.
- Deep knowledge of Pix and payment schemes is a plus.
- Experience with payment automations such as CNAB files and batch actions is a plus.
- Familiarity with core banking systems and transaction processing is a plus.
