About the role

• Onboarding Analyst ensuring process quality during company migrations at Contajá, supporting clients and coordinating with teams. Part of Brazil's fastest-growing accounting service.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in collecting and verifying documents from companies that are migrating from another accountant, via chat and phone calls.
• Handle and resolve client inquiries of lower complexity.
• Verify information provided by clients.
• Communicate with previous accountants to ensure an efficient transition.
• Open tickets for other departments.
• Complete spreadsheets and forms.

Requirements

• Basic experience in team training and support.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience/knowledge in process review.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of contractual changes and corporate deregistrations.
• Intermediate knowledge of tax planning, HR (Payroll) and Accounting.
• Knowledge of workflows.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields (in progress).
