About the role

  • Advogado Pleno managing legal aspects of real estate acquisitions and registrations at Construtora Tenda. Ensuring projects are legally viable and collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

  • We work directly on the legal structuring of land acquisitions and real estate developments, ensuring each project is legally viable, secure, and executable within the company's strategic timelines.
  • The position of Advogado II – Imobiliário (Attorney II – Real Estate) is part of the regional structure responsible for the states of GO and MS, working closely with the Prospecting, Business, Legalization, Engineering, and Credit (Caixa Econômica Federal - CEF) teams.
  • Participate in all stages of the project cycle, from drafting the land acquisition agreement to registering the development and providing legal support through project delivery.
  • Draft and review legal instruments for land acquisition (promise to purchase and sell, land swaps, assignments, and amendments);
  • Monitor and analyze legal opinions for property acquisition (Due Diligence);
  • Support the analysis of legal risks and develop viable alternatives to enable project launches;
  • Act in property regularization (registration rectification, INCRA deregistration, CAR cancellation, IPTU registration/regularization, among others);
  • Prepare and follow up on the execution of public deeds and registry acts with the Real Estate Registry Offices;
  • Structure and file instruments for incorporation registration;
  • Prepare contracts, legal opinions, and formal communications in an organized and strategic manner;
  • Technical liaison with external law firms, registry offices, public agencies, and internal departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law;
  • Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association).
  • Knowledge of Law No. 4,591/64 (Real Estate Development/Condominium Law) and Law No. 6,015/73 (Public Records Law);
  • Knowledge of real estate contract structures;
  • Notions of urban and registry regularization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word);
  • Familiarity with electronic registry platforms (ONR, e-Notariado, etc.) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in real estate law is desirable (developer, construction company, or law firm practicing in the area);
  • Experience with land acquisition and chain-of-title analysis is desirable;
  • Familiarity with incorporation registration and registry acts is desirable;
  • Experience interfacing with Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF) and real estate financing is desirable.
