About the role
- QA professional ensuring quality in product development for Construct IN's projects. Collaborating with teams to implement test automation and manage product defects.
Responsibilities
- Foster a quality-driven culture focused on testing and automation.
- Work closely with developers and designers to create test cases, design test plans, and automate tests to verify product functionality.
- Manage and track bugs and improvements.
- Investigate and analyze product defects.
- Assist with test automation strategy.
- Support developers with troubleshooting and technical questions;
- Contribute ideas to improve the user experience within the platform;
- Participate in daily and weekly team alignment meetings;
- Participate in quarterly planning routines to define the next steps for Construct IN's product.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a QA.
- Reside in areas near Porto Alegre, RS, and be available for occasional in-person meetings for discussions, planning, and team engagement.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Dart, and Python;
- Open-minded, entrepreneurial, and highly driven individuals;
- A strong desire for growth and continuous learning;
- Collaborative mindset. You'll find a team willing to do whatever it takes to support you, as long as they can expect the same from you;
- Previous experience on medium or large-scale projects using a stack similar to ours (NodeJS, GraphQL, MySQL, Vue, Flutter, AWS);
- Prior professional experience as a developer using one or more of our technologies;
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence;
- Higher education, technical training, or proven relevant academic experience in Civil Engineering;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
