Responsibilities

  • Own the Monetization Strategy: develop strategies to drive ARPU expansion
  • Lead with Velocity: serve as the Squad Leader for the Monetization team, empowering impactful decisions
  • Drive the Mobile Transformation: reimagine monetization flows for a mobile-first world
  • Leverage AI for Growth: implement AI-driven monetization tactics
  • Collaborate Across the Business: partner with Finance, RevOps, and Data & Analytics to model pricing impacts
  • Own Monetization Experimentation: design, run, and scale continuous experiments across pricing, packaging, paywalls

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, with a specific track record in monetization, pricing strategy, or growth product management
  • Experience translating complex desktop workflows into intuitive mobile experiences
  • Comfortable working with Data Analysts to dissect ARPU, LTV, CAC, and churn metrics
  • Eager to leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows
  • Ability to lead a squad without formal authority
