Responsibilities
- Support ensuring a resilient IT security posture for the bank
- Further develop the phishing platform and plan and execute phishing campaigns
- Assist in assessing cyber risks and protective measures
- Enhance phishing simulations that trigger realistic attacks to uncover security weaknesses
- Enhance the Security Awareness training program
- Raise participants' awareness of cyber risks
- Train awareness and behavior regarding the risks of the digital world
- Promote security-conscious behavior in daily operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or Engineering
- CISSP or CISM certification
- Professional experience in the security field, ideally in Security Awareness
- Solid knowledge of banking security
- Strong knowledge of operational issues in information security
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team orientation
- Interest in training activities, presentations, and innovation
- Motivated and focused personality with a continuous willingness to learn and a sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in German and English
