  • Collaborate with analysts and developers to translate business concepts into focused interfaces.
  • Conduct usability analyses and propose improvements that simplify the user experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in UX design.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar.
  • Knowledge of usability best practices, information architecture, and design systems.
  • Ability to write functional specifications and process flows.
  • Preferred: experience using AI in day-to-day work.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Analytical skills and clarity of thought.
  • Problem-solving focus and commitment to improving the user experience.
