About the role

• SAP Specialist ensuring excellence in managing SAP modules and user support at Copersucar. Collaborating in strategic projects to drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization using information technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate those requirements into technical specifications for system development.
• Design and implement IT solutions that support business operations and improve customer experience.
• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of ERP, CRM and other enterprise applications.
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Tests (UAT) to ensure systems meet end-user expectations and needs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals for implemented systems.
• Train users on new tools and systems, promoting a culture of technology adoption within the company.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Continuously seek new solutions for the sector, taking market trends into account.
• Coordinate small, medium and large-scale projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields.
• Strong experience in business analysis and implementation of information systems; experience with SAP ERP is mandatory, specifically SD/MM modules (Sales and Purchasing).
• Knowledge of NF-e (Inbound/Outbound) processes, CT-e, SAP GRC, DUE (Siscomex), Brazil localization and J1BTAX.
• Knowledge of Master Data routines, Portals, EDI, Requests, process automation, Jobs, Function Modules (SE37), Access Roles (PFCG), and data upload tools (SHDB and LSMW).
• Desirable: experience debugging Z programs (ABAP) and SAP integrations via API or Webservice (REST, SOAP, JSON) with other satellite systems.
• Desirable: knowledge of processes related to Tax, Accounting and Cost areas, SAP FI/CO modules.
• Knowledge of process modeling tools (such as BPMN, UML) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to manage | coordinate | influence IT and business areas, engaging them in projects and activities.
• Clear and effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Availability to work in a hybrid regime (4 days on-site) at our São Paulo office located at Av. Nações Unidas, 14261.
