Responsibilities
Manage and execute all company communication requests via a centralized process.
Support setup, testing, and deployment of communication templates.
Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to define project requirements and timelines.
Manage incoming communication requests using JIRA.
Support monthly reporting and documentation of communication activities.
Assist in reviewing vendor invoices and maintaining billing records.
Execute and monitor Solutions by Text (SBT) campaigns.
Manage workflows within vendor platforms, including HTML-based systems.
Assist in integrating new businesses into existing communication processes.
Participate in initiatives to improve processes and client experience.
Requirements
**Experience:** 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, digital communications, or a similar role.
**Technical Skills:** Proficiency with JIRA or other ticketing/project management systems. Comfort working with vendor UIs and basic understanding of HTML is a plus.
**Communication Skills:** Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
**Project Management**: Strong ability to manage multiple competing priorities, deliver to tight deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
**Detail Orientation**: High attention to detail and data accuracy, especially when managing templates, campaigns, and reporting.
**Collaboration:** Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
