Senior Financial Associate responsible for processing Margin Transfers and reconciliation in finance. Working on intercompany projects and ensuring compliance and automation in processes.
Responsibilities
Responsible for processing Margin Transfers between ECC6 entities.
Running intercompany reconciliation tool for all involved countries.
Analysing reconciliation results, following up unreconciled/aged items with the relevant finance teams.
Taking part in all intercompany related projects.
Identifying improvement / automation opportunities and leading them to implementation.
Keeping Standard Operating Procedures up to date.
Keeping Intercompany Ownership and Authorisation Matrixes up to date.
Providing customer service to internal and external customers to ensure consistent experience.
Identifying own development needs in line with business objectives.
Assisting the business to understand and resolve potential issues.
Undertake other Finance tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation.
Requirements
You understand the intercompany accounting principles.
You are fluent in English.
You have demonstrated an analytical and systematic approach to resolving complex problems and assignments.
You are able to take the initiative in identifying appropriate development opportunities.
You are able to define and follow instructions and procedures.
You have a proven ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
You have good working knowledge of relevant functional systems. (SAP, MS Office, Excel)
You have excellent communication skills.
You are able to multi-task and prioritise where appropriate.
You are able to ensure that pre-defined deadlines are regularly met.
You are able to analyze the root causes of problems and propose solutions and improvements.
