Claims Credit Control Analyst managing credit control activities in a hybrid role for a global reinsurance company targeting Lloyd’s, Europe and North America.
Responsibilities
Reconcile and analyse TPA bordereaux submissions and cash allocations.
Oversee claims payments, ensure timely processing, and maintain audit trails.
Manage debt collection, resolve payment queries and reduce overdue balances.
Produce reports on claims, debts and recovery performance.
Collaborate with claims, finance, compliance and legal teams to enhance processes and manage credit risk
Requirements
Right to work in this location
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar (ACCA/CIMA a plus).
Experience in credit control or debt management from within the insurance claims sector – in particular, accounts reconciliation experience across TPAs
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator with a proactive, organised approach.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across global teams.
