Responsibilities
Design and deliver high-quality, tailored Compass demos for prospective schools.
Own demo standards, frameworks and best practices across the sales cycle.
Maintain demo environments that reflect each school’s structure and workflows.
Lead technical RFP and RFI responses, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Own and optimise demo and RFP tooling (e.g. Vendict, Consensus).
Keep solution content current and aligned to Compass product capabilities.
Enable Sales with technical guidance, discovery tools and solution assets.
Support confident positioning of Compass across different school types.
Improve sales-to-implementation handover through clear scoping and processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales consulting or technical sales, ideally within SaaS, EdTech or enterprise software.
Strong demo capability, with the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Solid technical fluency across software platforms, APIs, integrations and data security concepts.
Familiarity with the education sector, particularly K-12 operations (highly regarded).
Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, growth environments.
