Responsibilities
Define, coordinate and improve the planning process and ensure its proper implementation
Analyze, validate and refine sales forecasts (short-, medium- and long-term)
Define and revise production plans taking into account sales forecasts, stock levels and production constraints/variabilities (production rates, breakdowns, maintenance stops, ...)
Ensure coordination and communication between Sales and Manufacturing
Analyze and redesign the logistics network
Drive automation and digitalization of processes and contribute to continuous improvement
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor and steer business performance
Requirements
At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
Expertise in sales forecasting and planning, ideally within the food industry (agri-food)
Proven data analysis skills to support strategic decision-making
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong knowledge of the supply chain and S&OP processes
Experience in digitalization and process optimization
Proficiency with ERP systems
Ability to work proactively and manage complex projects
Capacity to develop and implement innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency
