Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze quality indicators and contribute to the development of new indicators.
- Identify nonconformities originating from external providers, ensuring the quality of services.
- Identify, record and address internal nonconformities and action plans, evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Identify, record and handle customer complaints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Be responsible for generating and reporting nonconformity indicators.
- Draft, modify or propose changes to applicable procedures, following established rules and keeping documented information up to date.
- Monitor the traceability of records, ensuring transparency and reliability of information.
- Regularly monitor maintenance and calibration activities to ensure equipment performance and reliability.
- Conduct internal audits to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Identify and implement other quality tools applicable to the organization.
- Actively participate in the preparation of quality-related reports and presentations.
- Provide training and support to ensure understanding and adherence to quality practices.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Quality or a related field
- Previous experience in quality-related roles
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standard
- Skills in data analysis and reporting
- Reside in or have easy access to the municipality of Cariacica, ES
