About the role
- Import/Export Analyst role at Comexport involved in documentation review and compliance. Position located in São Paulo, Brazil with hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Document review and shipment approval in coordination with the exporter;
- Monitoring of removals, de-stocking (desovas), TFAs, import license (LI) requirements and approvals by MAPA, ANVISA, INMETRO, and other agencies;
- Providing necessary support for product classification, descriptions and other inquiries;
- Fiscal and tax consultation for items in advance;
- Checking and submitting files for customs clearance (desembaraço);
- Creating the process in the system;
- Monitoring the customs clearance process.
Requirements
- Experience in the area;
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration with emphasis in International Trade, Technologist degree in International Trade, or related fields.
