About the role

Responsibilities
- Work with our clients and on internal projects focused on HR transformation
- Design and produce deliverables (benchmarks, project scoping, business audits, etc.)
- Develop and facilitate innovative collaborative workshops
- Manage HR projects, support preparation of steering committees, and monitor action plans
- Support client teams during the operational phases of transitioning to Flex Office
- Contribute to the development of Colombus Consulting through our internal initiative “Lab NWoW” (communication, event organization, monitoring)
Requirements
- Student at a top business school, engineering school, or university
- Seeking a 6-month end-of-study internship with the aim of potential hire
- At least 6 months of relevant professional experience in project management, transformation, HR and/or consulting
- Autonomous, enthusiastic and creative
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Comfortable with office productivity tools; familiarity with an HRIS (SIRH) is a plus
- Comfortable working in English
