About the role

  • Consultant intern working on HR transformation projects at Colombus Consulting. Supporting clients and internal initiatives through project management and collaborative workshops.

Responsibilities

  • Work with our clients and on internal projects focused on HR transformation
  • Design and produce deliverables (benchmarks, project scoping, business audits, etc.)
  • Develop and facilitate innovative collaborative workshops
  • Manage HR projects, support preparation of steering committees, and monitor action plans
  • Support client teams during the operational phases of transitioning to Flex Office
  • Contribute to the development of Colombus Consulting through our internal initiative “Lab NWoW” (communication, event organization, monitoring)

Requirements

  • Student at a top business school, engineering school, or university
  • Seeking a 6-month end-of-study internship with the aim of potential hire
  • At least 6 months of relevant professional experience in project management, transformation, HR and/or consulting
  • Autonomous, enthusiastic and creative
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Comfortable with office productivity tools; familiarity with an HRIS (SIRH) is a plus
  • Comfortable working in English
