About the role
- Associate Attorney assisting the firm’s litigation attorneys with complex litigation. Supporting commercial litigation and dispute resolution teams at Collas Crill in Bermuda.
Responsibilities
- Assist the firm’s litigation attorneys with fast-paced and complex litigation
- Expected to have strong references and a proven track record that will position them to contribute meaningfully from day one as a junior member of the team delivering superior client service.
Requirements
- At least three years post qualification experience in a commercial litigation and dispute resolution team
- Preferably within a top-tier litigation practice in Bermuda or another offshore jurisdiction
- Proven experience in assisting with all stages of litigation, including document review, preparing court bundles, legal research and initial drafting of court documents
- Client service-oriented with developing client-facing abilities
- Experience in shareholder-side merger appraisal disputes and insolvency and restructuring matters considered a significant plus.
