About the role
- Accountant maintaining accurate financial records for fintech company COLIBRIX ONE. Performing bank reconciliations, month-end, and year-end closing activities with compliance to policies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Perform the reconciliation of the various bank accounts in a timely manner on daily basis
- Perform monthly reconciliations AR, AP, Fixed Assets, and intercompany accounts
- Assist with month closing and year closing activities, preparing reports and reconciliations
- Comply with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- At least 2 years of experience as an Accountant
- Understanding of accounting principles (IFRS) and financial regulations
- Proficiency with accounting software's (preferably with 1C)
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good English skills - both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Russian language
- Experience with international VAT law and regulations is preferred
