  • Duty Manager overseeing Coles Supermarket operations during evening and night trade. Ensures exceptional store presentation and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Full accountability for the running of the store during evening and night trade.
  • Contribute to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members and the local community.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Direct leadership experience to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets and cost control.
  • Knowledge of meeting visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards.
  • Customer focused mindset to better understand diverse customers.
  • Drive a one team culture celebrating success and prioritizing health, safety and wellbeing.
