Responsibilities
As a Strategy Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Coles 360’s strategic roadmap and driving delivery across teams.
Your work will help accelerate our growth, sharpen our go to market approach, and strengthen our position as a leading retail media network.
Generate fact based insights to support the development and execution of key business strategies, including go to market plans and revenue growth initiatives.
Synthesise insights into clear, actionable recommendations that enable effective execution.
Conduct analytical problem solving on high priority strategic issues across Coles 360.
Apply structured problem solving and rigorous analysis to shape initiatives and define success metrics.
Deliver high quality quantitative and qualitative analysis to address complex business challenges.
Act as a strategic thought partner to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving execution of key initiatives.
Take ownership of project outcomes within your remit, ensuring timely, high impact delivery.
Identify risks across in scope projects and support the development of mitigation plans.
Requirements
Three to four years’ experience in strategy, consulting, commercial analysis, or a similar problem solving role.
High level of proficiency using appropriate analytical tools & techniques, with Power BI experience an advantage.
Experience writing or contributing to board level presentations and reports.
A structured approach to problem solving and a track record of delivering high quality outputs.
Ability to analyse and synthesize complex information into actionable insights and recommendations
