Responsibilities
Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities and maintain project schedules
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
Track progress, follow up on action items, and update project management tools
Assist with preparing project plans, reports, and documentation
Communicate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
Support budget tracking, procurement, and resource allocation
Identify and escalate risks, issues, and delays
Provide general administrative support to the project team
Requirements
Strong organisational and time‑management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Excel)
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the team
Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role (preferred)
