About the role

  • Project Coordinator supporting project delivery in a leading Australian retail company. Coordinating activities, schedules, documentation, and team communication for successful project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities and maintain project schedules
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
  • Track progress, follow up on action items, and update project management tools
  • Assist with preparing project plans, reports, and documentation
  • Communicate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Support budget tracking, procurement, and resource allocation
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and delays
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Excel)
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the team
  • Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role (preferred)
