Responsibilities
Lead and deliver online sales and profit budgets for Liquorland across on-demand partners
Develop and execute trade strategies for marketplace and app channels
Manage range, pricing, and promotions to achieve sustainable growth
Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to deliver positive commercial outcomes
Identify new revenue opportunities within the on-demand market
Provide insights into competitor activity and build strategies to stay ahead
Drive Liquor share of basket on Coles Online from 1% to 6% over the next five years
Manage promotional planning, forecasting, and supply chain alignment
Requirements
Proven experience in online trade or category management within competitive retail
Strong knowledge of the liquor industry and digital channel management
Experience managing P&L and delivering KPI improvements
Commercial acumen with a balance of strategic and execution skills
Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams
