Responsibilities
Develops and leads the marketing and commercialization strategy for their respective channel of business
Creates channel-specific commercialization strategies rooted in consumer, shopper, and channel insights
Develops and communicates sales and execution standards for each respective channel of business
Collaborates with the Customer and Sales Operations teams to develop commercialization plans
Manages projects and initiatives from concept development through implementation
Requirements
3-5 years experience managing a P and L
5-7 years leading a team in the Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods industry
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of graphics software preferred
Bachelor's Degree is required
