Responsibilities
Enhance the performance, scalability, and efficiency of the planning organization
Drive automation and digital transformation of planning workflow
Identify, assess, and execute process improvement opportunities
Lead change management activities to support adoption of new processes
Support and/or lead cross-functional planning related projects
Strengthen the planning governance model and ensure consistent execution of S&OP/IBP cycles
Train planning teams on new standards, workflows, and system capabilities
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
Define, monitor, and improve KPI frameworks across planning
Build dashboards, Loss trees, and reporting standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
5–8 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, S&OP/IBP, or operational excellence roles
Experience leading cross-functional transformation projects
Ability to influence diverse stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Demonstrated experience in process improvement, Lean/OpEx, or digital transformation initiatives.
