- Strengthen the planning governance model and ensure consistent execution of S&OP/IBP cycles

- Define, monitor, and improve KPI frameworks across planning
- Build dashboards, Loss trees, and reporting standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, S&OP/IBP, or operational excellence roles
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation projects
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, Lean/OpEx, or digital transformation initiatives.
