About the role

  • Planning Operational Excellence Manager enhancing the planning organization's efficiency at Coke Canada Bottling. Driving strategic initiatives focused on digital transformation, process improvement, and cross-functional collaborations.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the performance, scalability, and efficiency of the planning organization
  • Drive automation and digital transformation of planning workflow
  • Identify, assess, and execute process improvement opportunities
  • Lead change management activities to support adoption of new processes
  • Support and/or lead cross-functional planning related projects
  • Strengthen the planning governance model and ensure consistent execution of S&OP/IBP cycles
  • Train planning teams on new standards, workflows, and system capabilities
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
  • Define, monitor, and improve KPI frameworks across planning
  • Build dashboards, Loss trees, and reporting standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, S&OP/IBP, or operational excellence roles
  • Experience leading cross-functional transformation projects
  • Ability to influence diverse stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, Lean/OpEx, or digital transformation initiatives.
